Q: How do I place an order?
A: Click on the “How to Buy” link up there!
Q: What other information do I need to provide?
A: Your name, Address, Contact Number, E-mail Address and the Item Code for my convenience =)
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: Please check on the “How to Buy” link up there~
Q: What is the next step?
A: Wait for my reply! Then you can proceed to make payments and wait for your item!
Q: When will the items be send out?
A: Once payment is confirmed, the items will be sent to you in the next 2-3 working days.
Q: How do I know if the items have been sent out?
A: I will email you as soon as I send the items out.
Q: Which medium of delivery do you use?
A: Poslaju. You may also opt to collect it from me at Midvalley Megamall~!
Q: How do I know if the item is still available?
A: Once its sold, I will update the and mark the item as “SOLD!” But don’t worry, more to come!
Q: Can I put the item on reserve?
A: Of course. Just drop me an email to reserve the item. Reservation is only for a maximum of 3 days. After which, if payment is not received, I will have to release it to other interested buyers. Aww!
Q: Can I order an item that is already on “reserve”?
A: Sure! I will put you in the line for the item. If the person who reserved it decides not to buy them then its yours!
Q: How do I know if My Royal Wardrobe has been updated?
A: Shoot me an e-mail and I will keep you in the loop!
Q: Can I collect the items personally?
A: All the prices quoted for the items are inclusive of postage fees. I’m afraid I am unable to offer you another price if you wish to collect on your own. Don’t worry, just let me know if you need it urgently and I will try to arrange for it to be delivered on priority. So chill out, sit back and wait for the goodies, gurl!
Q: Are the prices of the items inclusive of the sending charges?
A: Yes! They are all inclusive of the postage charges.
Q: If I buy more will the posting charges be cheaper?
A: No. As I have already included the postage charges, the items are actually a substantially better deal than if I were to separate the charges. But look out for seasonal promotions for more wonderful deals!
Q: Can I refund, return or exchange the items that I have bought?
A: If you're not happy with the item, its alright to return them for another item or a refund. Just return it to me in its original condition within 14 days. Unfortunately, I'm afraid you have to bear the posting charges. 
Q: Will the items bought be clean?
A: Definitely. I will ensure all items are washed thoroughly and pressed to the crisp before sending it to you! Careful, you may smell floral the moment the package is opened. =)
